Shipping
You should receive your order in 5-7 business days. We ship by United States Postal Service Priority Mail, which is less expensive than ground services but does not allow for online tracking of packages. If your item is on backorder or is delayed, we will notify you by email or phone.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. If we do not ship to your country, you will not be allowed to checkout and your credit card will not be charged. Your order will be shipped in 2-3 business days. Please allow 7-14 additional days for delivery. We ship by United States Postal Service Global Priority Mail, which is less expensive than other services but does not allow for online tracking of packages. You will be responsible for any duties, customs charges or other fees or taxes. If you item is on backorder or is delayed, we will notify you by email or phone.
Returns
We stand behind our products and want you to be happy. If you do not like your product for any reason, you may contact us within 14 days and return it for a refund. We can refund your shipping charges only if your product was defective, in which case we also will pay for return shipping. Gifts may only be exchanged for another item. Products can be returned only if they are in their original, unused condition. To arrange for a return, please send us an email or call us toll free at 877-240-2150.
Gifts
If you are sending an item as a gift and would like to include a gift note, you will have an opportunity to type a gift note at the time you place your order. We’re sorry, but at this time we do not offer gift wrapping. If you would like to send a gift certificate, please call us toll free at 877-240-2150 during regular business hours.
Color of Products
We make every effort to ensure that the colors you see accurately reflect the colors of our products. However, because computer monitors display colors differently, there may be some color variation between what you see here and the actual product color.
Payment Methods
We use secure, online credit card payment processing. If for any reason you do not want to use our online payment system, you may place an order over the phone with a credit card by calling us toll free at 877-240-2150 during regular business hours. We do not accept checks, money orders or any payments by mail.
Sales Tax
We collect sales taxes on items delivered to addresses in California. The amount will be calculated for you on checkout.
